3D CAD MODELLING SERVICES
We can work with you to design your components and assemblies from initial concepts and pencil sketches, through to fully detailed drawings for manufacture.
We can also offer constructive advice on both design and manufacture should this be required.
CAD files can be output in a variety of formats to ensure compatibility with other CAD systems.
REVERSE ENGINEERING & RE-DRAWING
With many years of experience gained in this field, we are able to take old worn damaged and broken components, accurately measure, re-model, re-detail and re-manufacture them.
Equally, should you have old drawings on either drafting film or paper that require re-drawing in CAD, we are able to provide this service.
FIXTURE DESIGN
We can design fixtures for machining, assembly, inspection, welding and other process applications.
We can also organise manufacture should this be required.
CUTTING TOOL DESIGN
We can design form cutters, milling tools, turning tools and boring tools to suit any application.
